How to Manage Your Atlas Travel Medical Insurance Policy Online?

Atlas Travel Medical Insurance is an insurance policy designed for international travelers from around the world. Atlas travel insurance includes comprehensive medical, emergency evacuation and essential travel benefits that provide financial protection to international travelers against different kinds of risks you can encounter while traveling outside of your home country.

After you purchase Atlas Travel Medical Insurance policy from Tokio Marine HCC-MIS Group, you can create a ClientZone account online. ClientZone is a simple, convenient, and secure self-service portal that provides easy access to your personal insurance coverage information from anywhere anytime when you want it.

In ClientZone you can view your insurance account information, locate a health care provider, file claims and check claim status, download forms, cancel or extend policy, update your personal information, contact HCC-MIS customer service, and more.

How to set up a ClientZone account?

Create a ClientZone account

Enter Tokio Marine HCC-MIS Group Client Zone login page. 

If you do not have a ClientZone account yet , you need to set up a new login. Enter your Email address in the “Email (Login ID)” section, then click “Next” to continue.

If you have already registered, click the Login link next to “Already registered with two-factor authentication?”. 

(1) Register a New Account

Fill in the insured person’s Certificate Number, Name and Date of Birth, then click  “Next” button .

Certificate Number is your personal policy identification number, you can find it on your ID card or policy document, for example  A9xxxxxxx. First Name and Last Name must be an exact match as on your ID card.

Choose a secure password for your account and enter this password in “Password” section. Your password must meet password requirements. 

Enter the same password in “Confirm Password” section to confirm. 

Check the box next to “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”. 

Then click “Register” button.

You will receive the “Account Successfully Registered” message.

Click “Continue” button to go to ClientZone Log in page.

( 2 ) Login ClientZone 

Tokio Marine HCC-MIS Group uses a two-factor authentication login process for ClientZone in order to increase the security of your data. 

Enter your Email address and Password, then click “Sign In” button.  

Next you can use Okta Verify , SMS Authentication, Voice Call Authentication, or Security Question method to generate an additional layer of security to protect your account. 

Select the type of authentication that you want to use,  click “Setup” button to start the setup process.

Okta Verify: You need to install Okta Verify app on your mobile device to generate a one-time passcode. You can verify your identity by entering the verification code to authenticate successfully.

SMS Authentication: You need to provide your mobile phone number where you want your security code sent. The service sends a security code via text message to your phone. You enter the code to sign in.

Voice Call Authentication: You need to provide your mobile or landline phone number where you want to receive the call. You will receive an automated phone call with voice instructions to authenticate your identity. 

Security Question: You choose a security question from a list of questions, enter and save the correct response. When you sign in, you must answer the security question to authenticate your identity.

After signing in your account, you can view and manage your policy online in ClientZone. Login ClientZone, then click links in the navigation area of the header to go to various resources and tools pages. 


Click Policy in the navigation section, you will see a drop down menu. 

Extend Coverage: Click here if you want to extend your policy online. More about How to extend Atlas insurance policy? 

ID Card (PDF): Click here if you want to download and print your Certificate ID card.

Policy Fulfillment: Click here if you want to download your insurance documents including links to Description of Coverage, instruction information, Certificate ID card, receipt, visa letter (confirmation of coverage), etc.

Policy Status: Click here if you want to review your current insurance information and activities.

Visa Letter:Click here if you want to download a customized visa letter (confirmation of coverage) issued by Tokio Marine HCC-MIS Group. You can use this letter for your visa application or as proof of insurance coverage. More about how to provide proof of insurance coverage?

Click (En Español) to download your visa letter in Spanish.

Update Passport & Destinations: Click here if you want to update passport number(s) and add new destinations to appear on your visa letter. How to add passport number and destinations?

Update Contact Information: Click here if you want to change your Address and/ or Email Address.


Click Claims tab from the header menu, you will see a drop down list. 

Claim information: Click here if you want to submit claim online or download claim forms, search for medical providers, or review claim related questions. How to Submit a Claim?

Claims & Explanation of Benefits: Click here if you want to check the claim(s) you have submitted and the processing status. You will be able to view Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that explains what medical treatments and/or services were paid to the health care provider(s) by your insurance and/or what payment you must pay.

Letters: Click here to see letters from the insurance company regarding your claim(s), e.g. request for additional information from you.
