How to get my insurance card and fulfillment documents?

When you purchase Atlas Travel Medical Insurance online,  upon completion of payment, you can immediately download policy fulfillment documents that include your certificate ID card, confirmation of coverage, instructions on how to seek medical treatment, how to file claims, and more. Your ID card and fulfillment documents are sent to your Email address at the same time.


In addition, you can log in Client Zone any time online, click Policy tab from the header menu, then click  "ID Card" from the drop down list to download your insurance ID card, or click "Policy Fulfillment" link to download your insurance fulfillment documents.


How do I provide proof of insurance coverage for visa application or other purposes?

You may be asked to provide proof of travel medical insurance coverage for visa application or other purposes. For example, visitors traveling to Schengen countries in Europe are required to have travel insurance that covers medical and repatriation expenses. 


Tokio Marine HCC-MIS Group provides a Visa Letter as your confirmation of coverage. The visa letter shows that you have coverage for possible expenses due to hospitalization, repatriation, emergency medical evacuation and more, and that Atlas Travel Medical Insurance satisfies Schengen Visa health insurance requirements.


When you purchase Atlas Travel Medical Insurance online, upon completion of payment, you can immediately download policy fulfillment documents that include your visa letter (confirmation of coverage). The fulfillment documents are sent to your Email address at the same time.


In addition, you can log in Client Zone any time online, click Policy tab from the header menu, then click “Visa Letter" link to download your visa letter (proof of coverage) in English, or click “(En Español)” link  to download the visa letter in Spanish.


How do I add my passport number on visa letter?

When you buy Atlas Travel Medical Insurance, you have an option to add passport number during the application process. Your passport number will appear in your Visa Letter. If you did not enter your passport number at the time of purchase, you may add it via ClientZone later.


Login ClientZone, click Policy tab from the header menu, , then click "Update Passport & Destinations" link from the drop down list.

Fill in your passport number in the Passport Number section, then click "Update" button. The passport number will be added to your Visa Letter.


How to add travel destination country on my Visa Letter?

Atlas Travel Medical Insurance provides worldwide coverage. If you travel to more than one country and you want to show these destination countries on your Visa Letter, you may add destination countries via ClientZone.


Login ClientZone, click Policy tab from the header menu,  then click "Update Passport & Destinations"  link from the drop down list.


On the left you see a list of Destination Countries.  Select the countries that you want to add to your Visa Letter. You can add more than one country. You will see the names of countries shown in the Destination(s) Selected panel. 


Then click “Update” button. Your visa letter will automatically update to add these countries.
