Confirmation of Coverage

After you get a free Atlas Travel Medical Insurance quote,   customize and select your plan,  add travel destination and optional coverages,   fill in applicant(s) information,  complete payment,  next you will be taken to the confirmation page.  


Click "Download Fulfillment"  link to download your insurance  documents. Also, Your insurance certificate and all plan documents will be sent to your Email address right away.


The fulfillment documents include your receipt and proof of insurance coverage, instructions on how to seek medical treatment, how to file a claim, how to contact Tokio Marine HCC-MIS Group’s 24/7 emergency assistance services, and more.

Did not receive your insurance documents by Email?

After completing the application, you will receive your insurance documents by Email immediately. 


If you have not received your insurance policy documents, please check your Junk E-mail folder (Spam folder) just in case the confirmation email got delivered there.


If you did not receive insurance documents because you entered a wrong Email address during application, you may contact HCC-MIS Customer Service to correct your Email address and request your insurance documents.


How do I change my personal information?

If you want to change your contact address and/ or Email address, you may login ClientZone to update the address(es) by yourself. 


If after submitting the application and payment, you realized that you made error with applicant’s name, date of birth, or other personal information, you may contact HCC-MIS Customer Service to correct the mistake(s).


Manage Your Insurance Account Online

After completing the application, you can set up an account in ClientZone.  ClientZone is your personal space where you can securely manage your insurance account online. For example, you can print ID cards, submit insurance claims, cancel policy or extend policy, update your contact information, search for health care providers, and more.


If you are required to show proof of travel medical insurance coverage or proof of funds to cover expenses incurred in the United States and/ or during your international trip, you can go to ClientZone to print out a customized visa letter as proof of coverage. This letter specifies your medical and travel benefit amounts, as well as insurance coverage period.
